I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram truck, only had it for a month and got mild hail damage over the roof and hood. I took the truck to BUMPET DOC for an estimate thinking they would have to take the inside cab liner out to fix the dents. This just would have made me sick knowing it would never go back together and be the same again, but these guys understood my concern and was able to repair my truck with out any aggressive dismantling of the truck. when I got the truck home and in the garage I polished and inspected it for over an hour and was very satisfied with their work. You would never know I had hail damage.

EXCELLENT SERVICE: I found BumperDoc via internet. My front bumper was hanging on one side, as clips no longer held it up & bolts were stripped. Plus, a piece of metal "framing"(?) was hanging down & catching tire. I was concerned tire would puncture or metal would fly off causing a traffic accident. Car is old ('98 Subaru) & nothing pretty -just practical & still a good car. I'm on very limited funds & was concerned about cost.

BumperDoc happened to be open on Sat where most other places were not. They closed at 3pm & I arrived at 2:30pm thinking I would just get estimate. However, they told me they could fix it for under $50 & to my surprise, they did it immediately. There was only 2 people ([redacted] - one of the owners - pronounced "Artay") & her "body man" ([redacted] - sorry I forget his title).

I also asked for estimate on something else, which [redacted] sent via email following Monday. Thanks [redacted] & [redacted] for making me feel safe again & for going above & beyond by staying after 3pm.
