In response to the complaint # [redacted] I’ve attached documents showing vehicle was in reserve space without a permit.1.) Reserve space need red & white hang tags which she did not have displayedThispermit is verification it's there spot, without it they are subject to being towed.2.) Residents use a regular permit and are not allowed to park in reserve.3.) Price list showing $is the mandatory price set by the countyThe tow companydoes not set price, regardless of how far your towed.4.) Accusations regarding drinking, I will forward this to her rental office and let them address it with herThis is a strong accusation that needs to be addressed by rental office mgmtThank you for your timeRasheed M [redacted]
