I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Problem: The vendor agreed to replaced the windshield of my vehicle with a brand new original [redacted] windshield at its own cost. My vehicle was damaged during a simple procedure at Bumperdoc facilities. This event occurred more than 2 months ago. A manager of the store, Mr. [redacted] has not made any attempt to repair my windshield and therefore this complaint has been filed.Desired Outcome: The windshield is replaced with a brand new [redacted] original windshield at no cost to me and as soon as possible.

[redacted],As I asked you to do in the last message is to email me you info so I can send glass tech to fix. I have been gone on disability for 8 weeks and not been working in shop. I still have not received a email from you so Im not sure why you are complaining again... If you sent an email to me like I asked maybe it was put in the spam folder. If you did send a email please copy the complete email and paste it to this report so we can all see you did or didn't do your part. Or did you never send an email liked I asked?
