Customer ordered incorrect part - Customer will need to contact our returns department to set up a RGA for return - since customer failed to order the correct part, they will be responsible for return shipping chargesOnce part has been returned to our distributor - 4wheelparts, and we received

We have staff on duty 5 days a week...9-5. Customer is saying he has called 20 times and left messages with our secretary...well, we do not have a secretary. It is extremely hard to believe this customer has called twenty times and has send numerous emails - we have no record of emails being...

received by this customer. If there are fitment issues we have a department geared towards handling these type of issues. We rely on the manufacturer to specify what application the bumper will fit. Though these bumpers are designed to fit, there are on occasion, times that we have to contact the manufacturer to provide warranty issues that can easily be addressed.  We would be willing to help this customer if only he truly contact our store.

I am rejecting this response because: I ordered the correct parts.  Belltech confirmed that the springs I received do not match the part number. If Bumperstore will send me a good address with an attached name  I'll be happy to mail the pictures of the springs I ordered and the springs I received. I have not unwrapped them and the spring part number is clearly visible.
