Bunches of Books

Our company, Bunches of Books, AKA webuytextbooks.com, has been issued a complaint from a potential customer, *** ***, stating we have received her textbook and refused to pay her and/or answer her emails to our company. I have responded to each email she has sent to our support and she
has yet to acknowledge any of my replies. I have attached all correspondence from her, as well as my responses. She did quote a book purchase on our website. However, we have no record of ever receiving this book in our office. She sent us the tracking information via email and it clearly shows the package was mailed and delivered to an address in Franklin, TN. We are located in Murray, KY. As you can see in my email response, I explained that this item was not shipped to our location based on the tracking she provided. Ms*** did not acknowledge this response in any way. In addition, Ms*** has threatened our company, as well as our officers. You will see these emails in the attachment as well. She has used profanity and slander against our company in several of these emails to us. I have responded to the best of my ability, given the circumstances. We would have been more than happy to purchase her book. We have thousands of satisfied customers. I am not sure what else to do in this matter. Sincerely, *** ***

I have send over emails to the company ( granted some very rude) and never received one answer. If I did why would I continue to pursue thisI would like all the responses they said they sent to me at an alternative email address and my primary one***

The address that the book was shipped to was to Frankliin, TN Exactly what was on the shipping infoYou will notice at the bottom of the attached order confirmation where there should be a phone number and email it simply saysPhone number and email. They are lying and never tried to contact me. Their reputation is more than dishonorable based on the rip off reports and scam all over the internet
