Review: I recently purchased two gifts for friends having children, I spent $200 on these items, way more than intended, but I was sending one out of state for a friend. I was comfortable with my purchase until I got the message that there was no longer a reason to send a gift to my other friend out of state. So I looked at the receipt, and it says regular prices merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days, sale merchandise is final sale, and no cash refunds. I don't want cash back for the gift I only want it to be credited back to my card. I went online to the website and it offers 7 days for a full refund, and does not specify online only. So I emailed the customer service and the owner said she will not honor the return. I am within the 7 days and the circumstances are out of anyone's control. This is terrible customer service and she should honor what the return policy online says.Desired Settlement: I want the business to honor the refund and credit the amount back to my credit card.
