This hair vendor sold me and my 3 friends all bad hair. This has been only a week my beautician says this is not Brazilian hair more like store boughtI purchase this hair about a week ago for a trip to Atlanta I only had this hair in 1 week and this hair is already tangled and shedding terribly.This is the kind of hair that you get from the beauty supply store. When I first purchased the hair my beautician said the hair refused to curl two days later my hair was matted. I contacted him the following day and he said that he will contact me when he got a new stock in. when I finally saw him again he said I'll have to purchase 2 more at a discounted price and I told him I refuse to spend money on something that is not my faultDesired SettlementMy money back or two replacement bundlesBusiness Response Our company has a very strict No Refund, No Exchange Policy mainly due to the Health Concerns surrounding installation of virgin hair. We provide all clients with a "Proper Care Instructions" card to give them tips on how to care for the hair prior to installation. It also covers all things that can not be done to product in order to maintain the hair for well over 12months time. As the client stated herself, we did offer the option to repurchase at a discounted rate, however, she declined. If in fact, the client feels as though the hair is "beauty supply" hair, my concern is why she would want 2 MORE bundles of the same exact product. There is a chance that the vendor can send us hair that does not perform as well as others, and when we are made aware of that, we do everything in our power to services those clients although our policy is NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGES. We use several stylists in the [redacted] area to test our product prior to resale distribution. The very first thing that I suggest my clients to do is co-wash (deep condition) the hair and make sure the wefts are sealed (to avoid shedding). We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused but we must inform you that our policies are in place to protect ourselves as well as our clients. Therefore, we are unable to refund your purchase. I lost $170 not him!

I purchased hair from this business and I wasn't satisfied with my purchase. The hair tangled and burned when I took it to my stylist. I called the business and the owner was very rude and overtalked me. He took my number and called me back. When he called back he stated that the issue with the hair was not his fault, overtalked me again, stated he felt like I was playing with his money, and hung up the phone in my face. This is poor customer service. You do not handle business in this manner with people that spend money with you.Product_Or_Service: HairDesired SettlementI purchased two bundles of hair at $75 each. Due to the high volume of clients, I am unable to recall this particular conversation that the client is speaking of, however, with clients in the past I have offered other options to repurchase at a discounted rate if in fact we find that we have received damaged hair from our vendor. We use several stylists in the Mid South area to test our product prior to resale distribution. The very first thing that I suggest my clients to do is co-wash (deep condition) the hair and make sure the wefts are sealed (to avoid shedding). We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused but we must inform you that our policies are in place to protect ourselves as well as our clients. Therefore, we are unable to refund your purchase.
