We sold *** and *** *** Juneberry plants in early AprilWe shipped them UPS ground.Later in the month *** called and said that plants did not come out of dormancyI asked *** to cut the plants in half and call us back in to weeksThe plants should start to send out
newleafsShe called back and said that another plants did not make itI told her that we would send herreplacement plants in the Fall when they are dormantI was not going to send growing plants duringthe middle of summer for fear that they would die during shipping.I sent them plants in November UPS Ground with potsThe UPS tracking number is***I emailed *** requesting pictures and to send the bad plants backI havenot received any pictures or plants back yet.Desired Settlement:If I do not receive pictures or the bad plants back, I would like a payment of $for the plants plus$for shipping for the replacement plants that I sentAlso, I do not understand why they didn'ttell us up front that another plants die when they told us that didn't come out of dormancy.sincerely,Bob ***
