This e-mail was sent to *** *** and *** *** regarding their complaintI will also note a time line of e-mail correspondence and phone calls between ASAP Plumbing and these two woman exists and can be extracted if needed to refute their claim that we are not responsiveIn
addition, our office manager, *** reported that when speaking to this customer, the customer said she would do a social media campaign to hurt our reputation in addition to reporting this to the Revdex.comASAP Plumbing feels they went above and beyond to make things right, communicate and even offer free servicesSome customers just can not be made happy.*** and ***,GreetingsMy name is ***I wanted to reach out to you and see if we can be of assistanceI have been out of town taking care of my sick parents for about two monthsWhen I returned to the office I found paperwork regarding your accountI am terribly sorry things ended so poorlyFrom what I gather, we need to come out and cut down a pipeI see there was also some confusion regarding removing the concrete debrisShawn said *** agreed to have a family member remove the debris from the site in order to save costsI also see a report that indicates ** *** had bid the job for $22,and Shawn agreed to do the work for under $5,*** agreeing to have the debris hauled off, concrete replaced and landscaping done was part of the reason Shawn was able to reduce his priceThe invoice states ASAP Plumbing was to remove the concrete driveway in order to gain access to the pipe needing repairHauling off the concrete is not included in the invoice.I am also trying to make sense of ***'s involvementFrom what I am able to gather, *** mis-marked an electric lineI understand you have pictures and a copy of the Missouri One Call report Shawn sent you regarding this*** admitted their fault and asked Shawn not to back fill that portion so they could correct the lineWith ***'s help, *** finally agreed it was also their responsibility to complete the back fill in that areaIt appears the *** workers completed the electric repair and back fill*** then re-positioned the orange fence around the concrete debris pile that was waiting to be removed by ***'s family memberShawn offered to come back, at his own expense and haul off the debris but you indicated you already had that doneShawn installed a clean-out pipe at no additional cost to ***Shawn explained to *** and to her family member who was replacing the concrete how to protect the pipeShawn said to both *** and to the family member replacing the concrete to please call him if there was anything else he could doNo calls were returned to Shawn by these two people. I asked Shawn why the backhoe had been left on site longer than neededHe said it was parked in a parking space in front of the house waiting for the company we use to haul it from job sitesThere was a miscommunication and it remained longer than neededHe is truly sorry for any inconvenience this caused.Clear communication and happy customers are my goals.
