Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Bunn had their retailer shipped another unit out, it has been tested and is working After reviewing the new unit, it looks like the original defected unit could have been a returned item that webstaurant.com just reshipped Hopefully it was just a mistake and not the retailer doing this on purpose Thank you Revdex.com!
