Bunnin Chevrolet/Hooman Chevrolet has the worst service department I've ever seenAs a former employee of [redacted] I know how customer service should be, and Hooman is missing the markAfter informing me that they ordered my transmission and then learning nearly two weeks later that they never did, I was told that the dealership would be comping part of the service to make up for that errorThe transmission was supposed to arrive a week later, it took twoNever received any status updates from the service advisor and actually had to call multiple times each week to track him downMy calls to the service manager and general manager were never returned (since when do managers not call you back when there's a problem?) When my car was finished, I was told that I owed the full amount and that I was never told the dealership would be assisting meThe service manager actually refused to see me and I was told that if I didn't want to pay my full amount they would be happy to take the transmission out for meI wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy
