Review: I placed an order to Bunny Bunch Boutique's website on March 22nd 2014. I never recieved an order confirmation email. I did get a shipping email from paypal where the shipper was listed as none, and there was no tracking number. I waited a few days then contacted the company using their paypal email address and did not get a response. I also contacted them on face book and was rold that [redacted] would look into my order, then she never replied to me. I tried calling her at the number she provided me and the number on the website and got no answer both times. I then emailed her again with the email address listed on the website on April 7th. She replied saying she would look into the order so to make sure she would respond I asked what the shippers tracking numbers was ans I was told "I'll make sure there is one. She has not shipped my product and it is now April 8th. It has been 16 days since I ordered and I do not know if this womam will even be shipping my item or not. I asked her to refund me since she has not shipped it because this is unacceptable, and I don't think she is trustworthy because she keeps dodging my questions.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the purchace price and shipping costs which is a total of 61.99.
