May 1, 2015Dear [redacted] , I have received and read the complaint letter from your office by [redacted] of Hagerstown, MarylandI acknowledge that he did in fact purchase a [redacted] wood stove from us in November of I do also agree that he had some issues with the handle of that stoveWe have worked with him to resolve this issue through our company and when that did not seem to be working we involved the factory rep from [redacted] to investigate the issueSince the last complaint we once again insisted that our factory rep take a look and repair the stove for this customerWhile I can agree that [redacted] is aggravated with the issue, we have been responsive as well as [redacted] in resolving his problemIf [redacted] determines that the stove needs to be replaced, they will inform us and [redacted] of that finding and we will make the change of the stove [redacted] as the manufacturer of the stove will need to make that callThey have been willing to make the needed repair (s) at this timeIf you would like further comment about this issue, please feel free to contact me at anytime.Sincerely Yours,Ronald BSr President/Owner
