Review: I paid for a series of massages at this spa. When I went over there a few days ago, I found that it had closed and vacated. They did not inform me that this was going to happen and they have disappeared. I have an open account with them that has no time restraints.It seems to me they are responsible to refund the unused portion of my account. I also think that they should have contacted me well ahead of time before closing so that I could either take the massages due me or arrange for a refund. There was no communication.I tried phoning them and emailing their address. The phone number rings but doesn't take voice mail. My email was not answered.Is this something that you can help me with? Can they be found and made to return the money that I invested? If not to whom should I appeal?Thank you, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like the balance of the unused portion of my contract refunded. I believe that I paid about $500 for 5 massages and only took one massage. So I think $400.00 is due me.

Review: I bought a gift certificate for my husband's birthday. He has not had a chance to use it and the company has gone out of business.
