We received our front and side doors from this company and as we put the side doors in, there was a huge chip out of the cornerWe called [redacted] in Sidney (which is who we ordered throughWe paid extra money to have a quality door built from Francis Schulze instead of a mass produced door) and [redacted] did call us back and we decided to wait until we had the front door in to make sure there were no problems with that doorWhen we put our front door in, the metal piece in which the latch sits when closed doesn't line up with the hole that was drilled in the frame and our threshold dips to where we have air coming from underneath (we have to leave a towel in front to block the cold air)We called [redacted] and they never respondedWe then called Francis Schulze to which they said an employee would call us back that very eveningThat never happened and we still have faulty doors

I ordered a door through a local lumber yard It was a special order French door with built in blinds The door was supposed to be 72x My contractors picked up the door then realized the door was 72x1/1/inches too narrow The lumber yard AND Francis Schulze Corefused to take it back Fast forward months....the trim around the encased blinds, started to deteriorate I sent pictures to this business and they made it sound like they were going to fix it They were waiting on some sort of info from the lumber company ....the lumber yard said the same about them The back and forth went on for a whileI didn't hear anything for months, so I contact the lumber yard (who had "lost" my file)....so I restarted to process again A couple of days ago I was informed that Francis Schulze would not be fixing this issue I'm not really surprised that they will not fix the issue, since they wouldn't take back the door when the size was NOT close to the correct size I ordered I believe this problem, for a door company, is a fairly easy fix (replacing the strips around the blinds) but their actions show they are unwilling to stand behind their product
