I called in to set up payments around a month ago The woman I spoke to informed me that it would cost an additional $to make the payment over the phone She advised me to go online and make the payment by imputing my account and routing number We went online together and put my information in I remember actually asking her if she knew what she was talking about (obviously because it sounded like she didn't) and she said yes Long story short, I was charged an extra $for a late fee When I called in to dispute this, supervisor Tim *** refused to give me my money back I paid the balance in full and will never do business with them again
This company worked in tandem with *** *** *** who was sucessfully sued by the Mass ATTY Generea *** *** they are not ethical and are in a freadulent practice knowingly working with a comapny with deceitful practices
[redacted] (HC Processing Center) has been used by my chiropractor for financing treatments. The chiropractor set this loan up with some patients, including me. My insurances, including Medicare, covered the chiropractic service fees, but I was set up with this loan company for $4,000 anyway, which means the doctor double-dipped. I have correspondence between the doctor and me, which I have forwarded to the HC Processing Center and wanted all this disputed. I have proof that this is fraud. The HC Processing Center refuses to put this in dispute and has called me on a daily basis as well as has sent bills with late fees and interest charges. I have been harassed and am frustrated with this loan company. I think legal action should be taken. The doctor has meanwhile agreed to pay me in the near future, but has not responded to my emails asking him to stop this harassment by the loan company.
These people are nuts! They are scammers period.. I applied to get a loan for a product 5years ago never finished the paperwork the literally a week later the product showed at my door no signature required I guess for a very expensive product!! I called them to tell them I never finished the paperwork to even get this product yet it was delivered.. they told me not their problem take it up with other said company so I did they told me basically nothing they wanted to do if I wanted to send it back to them at my own expense I could.. so I tried $800 for it to be shipped back to the company I never ordered, now here it is five years later I found this on my credit report I contacted the credit unions to have removed I guess this lot a fire under theses guys cause now even with it showing closed as a charge off they have started with the phone calls ...this company and any that d al with them stay away!!
Help Card is a predatory lender that works in cahoots with the [redacted] bed company. They lure you with a low or zero interest for 6 months offer and then raise the rate to a usurious level after that. The [redacted] bed is not worth getting involved with HC Credit. Avoid these super predators. They need to be brought to heel.
I had a 12 month promotion on equipment I purchased and was not notified a month before my offer expired ( As a reputable company would have done) and HC Processing piled on a $400 in deferred interest on my 893.00 balance....They refused to waive any charges and hung up on me when I tried to address this issue. I would highly recommend NOT to do business with this company.. They are there just to take your money. It obviously is a problem since they have had a number of complaints with their billing practices.
