I am rejecting this response because: Candlelight gave me the name and number of Burbach, and admittedly it is over the warranty timeframe right nowHowever the problems with the leakage started taking place during the warranty periodThe first claim with Burbach took place inside the warranty period, but they didn't fix it, and as mentioned had to come back or additional times, and each time gave a different excuse .Burbach did tell me that they wouldn't come out, because they had to finish there profitable jobs before winter hitAnd on that phone call I asked if they could at least come and tell me the what problem was, and give me an idea how to fix itI don't know if the problem with the leaks was do to the problems with the siding coming down, or other faulty workmanship by them. I will file a claim on Candlelight homes as well, since they both are seeming to shift the responsibility on each other.or

While it is true that Residential Exterior Solutions, a Burbach Company, installed the stucco and siding on the house in question, the customer’s contract and warranty were established through the builder contractor on the projectIn this case, the builder contractor is responsible for any warranty
of installation and products installed on the customer’s homeThe builder contractor of the subdivision is responsible for warranty complaints the homeowners in the subdivision lodge regarding the constructionThe main reason for this is there could be multiple reasons why the materials in question could be failingAs a sub-contractor of the builder contractor Residential Exterior Solutions is responsible to guaranty the product and installation to the builder contractor and any and all complaints regarding such should be directed to the home’s original builder contractor and the negotiated warranty on the home as agreed upon prior to construction of the house by the homeownerResidential Exterior Solutions understands the plight of the homeowner and we are happy to quote a solutionThe issue arrises when the homeowner is under the impression this is a warrantable issue and not billable repair work
