[redacted] 10-04-In response to the dispute # [redacted] / [redacted] ** Burback’s has been called out several times over the years to repair the boiler (hot water heating system) in his homeThe boiler is very old and has not been maintained or had any maintenance done on it over the yearsOur job when the calls came in was to repair it and we did to the best of our abilitiesIt’s the home owners responsibility to take heed on how to keep the boiler working the best it can (for the age of it) by removing all clutter from the registers, leaving the registers open not closed, and letting the heat flow freelyIf these steps aren’t followed then it will cause parts to wear down, wiring to burn, pumps not pumping and this is beyond our controlEach service call that came in, the same scenario still existedTherefore parts being replaced and service charges did apply
