relationships seamlesslyIn reviewing the customer service calls from 1/11/and 1/12/we found our rates to be fair and in-line with policyThis customer is not enrolled in a heating service agreement which made him subject to prevailing rates as explained when the call was placed.In reviewing the Fuel Oil/Propane delivery complaint, our records indicate that the customer called in and requested a 200- gallon Fuel Oil fill and stated that he was out of productThe customer has a 275-gallon Fuel Oil tank (that will hold approximately gallon) and a 120- gallon propane tank (that will hold approximately gallons)The gallons order was put in the oil tank, as it was the only possible tank that could accommodate the orderWhen the customer called in to question this order he was told that it could be removed in which he declined.Customers satisfaction is our top priority, and we sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding that has taken placeWe regret his overall disappointing experience with our services and have placed a $credit on his account.Donald B
