I lived at one burchell properties, and my son has had lead in his blood, due to the lead pipes in the home, bed bugs in the home and the landlord and his maintanence guy [redacted] did nothing But when the rent is due they have someone call you or try to take you to court Burchell properties just want money and doesn't want to fix anythingLawsuit will be coming soon Due to my son's health
