Burchette & Burchette Hardwood Floors

Review: Burchette and Burchette installed hardwood floors in my home in May 2015. Four oak floor vents were included in the bill with a cost of $140.00. I've talked with two people at Burchette and Burchette several times regarding these vents. Recently, I called and asked them to cancel the order and mail me the check for $140.00. He said he would, but I've gotten no response and they haven't mailed me the check or contacted me regarding this.Desired Settlement: I've asked for the order to be cancelled and refund me the $140.00. I haven't received a response.
