Burden Movers

I hired Burden Movers to move my furniture into my new residence. I asked for my furniture to be wrapped in plastic and protected and my items were not wrapped until they got onto the truck nor were they wrapped properly. My white furniture had several stains from dirty palm prints, scuff marks, and scratches. I was informed that the hourly rate would include an hour of travel, which I assumed was not an additional fee, but was charged for the travel time. The movers were late after the owner or manager asked if they could come at an earlier time. I was also informed that the company took cash, card or check as a method of payment, but when the job completed we could only pay cash due to the technological incompetence of the leadership of this company. The owner was not understanding or willing to offer a refund when I contacted him with the issues I experienced using his company. He was also very rude and unprofessional.
