Due to the nature of the RV business and how the transactions are made, it is very difficult to honor a 'full refund of purchase price ' requestOur business is somewhat related to the automobile business and with the State of Texas, we fall under the same jurisdiction We are required to pay the tag , title and tax within a certain time period for the consumers protectionOnce that is done, it is considered a used unit to the next ownerThis is why the trade in value is less than what one had paid when brand newAgain, this law is designed to protect consumers from dealers selling a used auto or rv and declaring it to be 'new' We have all heard about depreciation " Once you drive if off the showroom floor, it devalues by 20%!" This is somewhat of an exaggeration, but it does lend some truth tooThe vehicle has to be worth less money now because it is technically 'used' , and therefore has to have a reduced priceOtherwisethe next consumer would just buy a new one and the used one would never be soldAdditionally, the [redacted] manufacture of this unit does not honor the warranty to the 2nd owner, thus lowering the value even more to the next consumerAs for the service problem, we do offer same day service and as this consumer experienced, they were in and out the same day and the problem was solvedIt is also very hard to refund dealer commissions, prep charges, dealer profit and expenses such as theseWe regret that this consumer is not happy with the size of their rvWe did work trade numbers and were willing to trade with themThe numbers were not to their liking howeverWe cannot actually control that aspect of the saleWe want to continue to attempt to make this customer content with their purchase by offering outstanding serviceHowever, we would not be able to extend a full refund or a full trade in value [redacted] President Crestview Rv Superstore

I am rejecting this response because: We do not care about the depreciation and the commission cost and such. We care about the comfort of our family while living in the RV while our house is being built. All you seem to care about is the fact that you got your money. This RV was not checked out as you said it was. We are not going to continue to have problems with it past the 30 day warranty that you offer and them not being taken care due to the neglect of the RV not being checked out correctly. We are demanding that our money be returned so that we can go to a more reputable company that actually does what they say they are going to do.
