I visited Venetian Nail & Hair Salon on 7/23/with a friend.We showed Mia and John, the techs assigned to us what we were wanting from pictures they said they could do themWe sat for 30-minutes while they worked.John was my tech and he cut me two separate times, my pinky finger on my right hand was cut so bad it bled for hours.Even another customer sitting next to me commented on how it was bleeding.I had asked for shellac gel with an aztec print on it, John I suppose did not know how to do it as when it came time for the design he went and got MiaShe hurriedly rushed through the design and went back to my friendI told John when she finished it didn't look correct so he took it off and did a simpler V pattern instead.He finished with my nails and had me wash/dry them, my friend in the mean time had also been cut by Mia twice, but she finished up and we went to payI had to ask for a cotton ball to keep the blood on my pinky from making a messI was charged dollars and

My daughter suffers from hyperhidrosis and was finally talked into getting a manicure at this establishmentThe man who did her nails acted disgusted and made it known and embarrassed her in front of everyone at the salonI called them and they apologized but does that change the fact that she will never get a manicure again and was humiliated? No it doesn't!
