her. She was very much appreciative of the phone call. She understands that we do have the granite in Clinton, NY in our manufacturing department and that we are in the process of sandblasting the granite. We have agreed ( Kevin E[redacted]) that the stone will be at the cemetery on our setting truck ready to be set on Wednesday, December 16, 2015, the cemetery being North Syracuse Cemetery, approximately 1:00 PM. We are very pleased with the quality of the granite and feel confident the family will feel the same. Upon their approval once seen on Wednesday 12/16/15, they will look at the stone, pay the balance as per their pink copy of the contract and we will set the stone to perfection. The concrete is already poured at the cemetery so there will be no issue whatsoever to set on this date (barring some sort of weather phenom or catastrophe). We appreciate the concern and recognize the delay, and fully explained that when granite comes from overseas it can be a tedious waiting time. We do feel confident that the end product will be just beautiful and reassured her of this. I gave [redacted] my personal cell phone number and will continue to be at the disposal of the family from this moment until they are pleased with the end product in the cemetery. Sincerely, Kevin.
