As stated previously, when her mother came in in December, an estimate was provided and stated then the engine cradle was bad and needed to go to a welding shop to be repairedWhen she came back in February, it still was not fixed, and we did some work for her and paid by credit cardWe never met or did work for ***, only ***

Her vehicle was brought in by someone else, it was explained that the old control arms were so bad that there was a crack in the engine cradle before the repairThe control arms can only go on one way, impossible to put on upside downWe stated that the car should be taken to a Aluminum shop to be
welded, and then heard nothing moreAs stated however, this person was not our consumer as her mother brought the car in

The work was done in February not in December. The bushing in the control arm was the piece that actually caused the damage. Also I still have not received the parts back that were removed. It clearly is checked that I want my old parts back also. The photos I have submitted show the proof. This back and forth is getting ridiculous. Contact [redacted]  for any other information about the car. I submitted the paperwork they gave me. I just want my car fixed.
