Bureau of Account Control

Review: The Bureau of Accounts control is working for a doctor that I went to over a year ago. The doctors office refused to file the insurance, and now more than a year later they are coming after me. Firstly, the BAC refuses to validate the debt, thus violating the Fair Credit Reporting act. Secondly, they originally billed me $375, with 150 of it comprised of a debt that I did not owe. This is now on my credit report, effectively ruining my stellar credit. The doctor has since dropped the 150, because I already paid it but they still tried to extort it from me. THe BAC is clearly acting illegally, and hurting consumers like me. I keep asking for an itemized doctors bill and they send me the following: Explanation of benefits, Accounts Receivable bills, etc. THEY REFUSE TO VALIDATE THE DEBT YET PUT IT ON MY CREDIT REPORT.Desired Settlement: I WANT THIS ERRONEOUS BILL REMOVED, AND THEIR LICENSE REVOKED. THEY ARE CLEARLY INCOMPENTENT
