Please see response written to customer via *** as he left a review there as well.He will be returning Nov10th to have the gaskets replaced

Mr*** advised us when he picked up his truck that there was a new scratch and dent on his truck. We told him to get a quote and we would take care of it. When the quote came back over $we advised him that we wanted a trusted know shop that we have done business with to look at
it and give us a quote. It came back a little over $300. At this point we also reviewed all of our in store and parking lot video and determined that the dent/scratch was not even done while in our shop. We have the video on tape. Because we already agreed to repair the truck, we authorized the repair and Mr*** dealt directly with the body shop and had the damage repaired. When he picked up the truck he inspected it and said that the work was done correctly and was happy with the repair. A week after the repair was done he contacted us and told us that he was unhappy and wanted $900. Mike at Schmitz Brothers Auto Body told him that his work is done with satisfaction guaranteed. If he is unhappy, he can take it back and have it corrected at not charge to him. We feel that we have been more than fair with him in dealing with this issue in order to make a customer happy

Network automotive told me they would not pay for the damage done at their shop, unless I used the owner's friends body shop.  So since they made me use the body shop of their choosing, they need to pay for the repair to be done correctly by a legitimate body shop. I refuse to take my truck back for a 3rd time to the body shop they made me go to. If they can't get it right after two attempts, there is no confidence they will be able to do it correctly the 3rd time. I will not accept anything other than payment in full to the body shop I obtained the original quote from. The damage WAS done on their property. The damage was EASILY visible and very noticeable when I walked up to the vehicle. And it was not there the day I delivered the vehicle to their shop. When I picked up my vehicle from their body shop the owner was in a hurry to leave and told me, I needed to pick up my truck immediately. I never told them I was satisfied with the work, and I signed nothing saying I was satisfied. Furthermore, I was never given any paperwork from the body shop showing my signature of approval or even that they repaired anything at all.

Mr. [redacted] brought his 2007 GMC to our AJ location for wiring harness issues related to dogs chewing it up and damaging it. We recommended replacing the wiring harness but his insurance company denied the claim to replace the harness and only covered repairing it.  He declined to have the harness...

replaced and decided to only go with what his insurance would pay for.  He has unfortunately had to bring it back 2 times because lights continue to come on.  Wiring harness damage is very difficult to repair and sometimes the damaged wires don't show up right away.  He has since put in a supplemental claim with his insurance and hopefully they will cover the claim.  His complaint should be with his insurance company, not with us.  Mr. [redacted] paid his deductible of $250.00

Mr. [redacted] on 2 different occasions has told the body shop that the work was done to his satisfaction.  He has then called back and told them that someone else noticed under particular light it doesn't look good. I just got off the phone with Mike at Schmitz Brothers body shop and he has assured me that if Mr. [redacted] is unhappy then he needs to show him what he would like redone.  We continue to try and make him happy even though we have evidence that shows that the damage was not done while the vehicle was in our care.  He has indicated that he doesn't wish to see the video.  Schmitz brothers will stand behind their work, but he needs to be upfront with them and show them what he is unhappy about.  We would like more that anything to get this resolved.
