mailed to Ms*** in the amount of $on July 10, We do not process credit card refunds on siteWe do not have the equipment to do soAll of our refunds are processed thru our accounting office via check

The lease clearly states in clause that we "cannot be released...unless we [Lake Castleton] agree otherwise in writing" and that they "may grant...consent to a release in our [Lake Castleton's] sole discretion" Their response states that they cannot grant release at their discretionThis is a breach of contract
