I rejected the business' decision but did comment. Below is my comment:
Burford's was given three opportunities to look at my car. I was charged for the second visit and was told I needed to take it to the dealer. I wanted to avoid the dealer as they are expensive and I am on a fixed income. I did take it to another place of business to see what their thoughts were and was told it was the alternator. I called Mr*** and told him what the other business said and he again said I needed to take it to the dealer. We argued about it and he did say to bring it by and he would take another look. I was trying to do the right thing and was told rather rudely to take it to the dealer. By this time, I was tired of dealing with Burford's and took it to the other place of business. Burford's has told me before that they didn't want to work on my car because it is a Saturn, the parts are expensive and he just doesn't want to do it. I had to take it some place else to have oil valve work done on it because he didn't want to do the job. He has also told me that I should I get rid of my car as soon as I can because they don't make *** any longer and parts are hard to find. I still would like to be reimbursed for the expenses I previously submitted. My next step will be to go the attorney general's office with my complaintThank you
