Spartanburg, LLC on October 2nd, 2017. The vehicle had 100,517 miles when purchased. Ms. P[redacted] called in on Friday, October 13th, 2017 and spoke with A[redacted] G[redacted], the general manager of the dealership. She stated the vehicle had been involved in an accident. She stated the lugnuts came off while driving causing the accident. She also stated she had recently taken the vehicle to a repair shop to have them check the brakes. When Ms. P[redacted]'s vehicle was towed in to the dealership, the rollback driver was blocking our side entrance. We expressed to them that he needed to move the truck so customers come drive in and out. The mileage on the vehicle is now 101,390 miles. Within the (11) days of having the vehicle, the customer put 873 miles on it. During which time, any issue with the lug nuts were never addressed with the dealership. When the vehicle left the dealership at time of sale, all lugs were in place and secure. It is very unfortunate that Ms. P[redacted] had an accident in the vehicle, however Mr. A[redacted] G[redacted] advised her of the proper procedure after an accident, of filing a claim with her insurance company.   Best Regards,  J[redacted] B[redacted]Office Manager
