In response to the customer complaint, it was pointed out to this particular customer that there are no contractual guaranteed speeds for their Internet connection.? There are a number of factors that affect a particular customer’s internet speeds that are beyond our control.? This particular customer is not under any contract to continue service with us, and can disconnect, without any penalty, any time he so chooses.? We did identify a problem with the network that may have affected his service for the months in question, and took the necessary steps in addressing it.? With the Christmas season, and the high winds in the area during the winter season, the fix took a bit longer than we would have liked, but the customer was advised that he could have suspended his service until the resolution was in place, but chose not to avail of this option
