discrepancy between our main website and reservation form, and an outdated PDF menu on our website to our attention. We unfortunately have an older version of our dinner menu available for download off the Burger and Barrel website, which lists the Prime Rib Dinner at $58/person. The Prime Rib Dinner page, however (http://www.burgerandbarrel.com/primerib/), does indicate the cost as $68/person, as does the reservation form you recieved from [redacted], [redacted]. I assure you, we do not have an outdated version of our menu posted to intentionally mislead our guests, and I apologize if you felt that our intentions were dishonest. We are working to rectify the situation on our website as soon as possible.

Review: This place is running a bait and switch scam. I tried to make a reservation for the Prime Rib dinner (which has to be ordered in advance) and was sent a form asking that I secure the reservation with a credit card. Fortunately, I read the form carefully enough to notice that the price listed on it was almost 20% higher than what is shown on the restaurant's website. I phoned in and spoke to [redacted] (the [redacted]) who, first outright lied about what was on the website and then (after I offered to send him screenshots) claimed the website was 'out of date' (to date it has not been updated), flatly refused to honor the advertised price, refused to tell me how I could contact the owner and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor their advertised price, correct the information on their website and apologize for the way I was treated.
