Review: Purchased a wrought iron railing from this company on November **, 2014. It was installed 12/**/15. Upon install, I noticed one of the thicker posts and top ornament were missing. [redacted] said he would be back to install it. Since then I have called twice about this railing. It is already showing pitting and rust and the thicker post and ornament were never installed. The railing shakes where the thicker post is to be installed. I do not want a patch work job done since I have a new brick stoop and bluestone top. I need both railings sawed down, repaired correctly, and resprayed then put back up in the same holes which were drilled out for them. We did not accept the "rustproofing" additional charges because the railing we had previously was installed 47 years ago and did not show rust till about 20 yrs after it was installed.Desired Settlement: Would like this repair/replacement corrected asap since I called in April and May and was told he will correct it. We had such a bad winter, I waited to call to fix it until April. Company name is also [redacted]
