mobile phonePlease rest assure that I will be speaking to the management team about the issues you expressed. I understand that you have a choice of which businesses you visit and I am disappointed in the service you received from my Burger King. Occasionally, problems do occur, and it is only through your comments that they are brought to light and we have an opportunity to fix them. I hope you will give us another chance to serve you a product worthy of your business. I would like to invite you back in to my restaurant by sending over complimentary Whopper Cards along with a $Gift Card as you had mentioned in the compliant you filed with Revdex.com. I drove up to the drive in window and ordered food. The order taker/cashier told me to park because the fries were not ready and she would bring out my order when ready. Another car was also waiting for food and parked next to me. The order taker/cashier comes out 10 minutes later, with one bag, and asks the other car if that was their order and then comes to the passenger side open window of my car reaches in with the bag, and asks me the same thing. I said I would look at what she had in the bag to tell if it was my complete order. she stated I could not touch the food and I said I would not know if it was my order if I could not see what was hidden at the bottom of the bag. She abruptly pulled the bag away from me and she ripped the bag accidentally spilling the contents on the passenger carpet of my car. She opened my car door, cleaned it up, not apologizing: not saying a word, and walked back to the front door and went in. After 10 minutes of waiting for her to bring a fresh order to me: I decided to go in and wait for my order. A trainee manager asked me if I was the one that didn't get my order: I said yes and she abruptly said to give her my credit card for a full refund. I did and said it was nice that they would give me credit and fill my order. After getting my credit receipt, she notified me that she would not serve me because I THREW THE BAG FULL OF FOOD AT THE GIRL WHO BROUGHT OUT THE BAG! I have never been treated like this in my life and the collusion and lies that she told about me made me so sick. Her boyfriend then got in my face an stated he was witness to me throwing food at her.
I immediately called Burger King Guest Relations and gave a report, which is in progress, and will further report on what transpires.
The Rancho Cordova Police Dept. was notified and was helpful obtaining the Burger King phone number for me and I also called our local TV station and am awaiting a response from all tomorrow.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE ZINFANDEL BURGER KING EVER AGAIN. I SURELY WILL NOT! NO STARS FROM ME.

Review: Hello so my complaint is that the workers in that establishment are ridiculous the Mexican lady in there ridiculed and mocked me and also we I made a payment using my [redacted] app and she told me mt card was invalid ode I got back home I my notifications showed my card was charged I had to walk all the way back to the establishment and when I proceeded to show her the payment was deducted she argued with me and didn't compensated me for the items that were purchased that establishment is very wrong how they treat their paying customers and this was on 2 different occasions I clearly as well have a screenshot shot where it's showing that money was taken off my account but I don't want to feel like an employee has a problem with me to where it's all this street when I'm going in an establishment to eat lunchDesired Settlement: I would like a $30 burger king gift card seeing my card was deducted cash I still didn't receive what I wanted and I had to receive an attitude from the employee after I showed her on my [redacted] app that clearly a deduction was made the establishment doesn't care about their customers the food is cold and they don't have good customer service skills at all. Thank you
