Don’t do it! Eat anywhere else unless or plan to check your order before leaving. I went through the drive through and ordered a simple Whopper with cheese, tomato only and nothing else added. I received a burger loaded with everything, it was cold, and it was overloaded with mayo and ketchup which made it very messy to eat. To top it off no receipt was left in the bag (AGAIN) so I could complete a survey to shed light on this disgustingly poor place. I didn’t complain the first time this happened in this store’s drive through. Not this time!

Review: The price for a combo meal is displayed on the drive thru menu board but it does not indicate the size of the combo. I order a BK Jr. Combo, which is shown as $4.09 price. The cashier asks me "would you like a medium or large size?" I order a medium, thinking that would be the price on the board but the order total (over $5) tells me that it is not. When I get to the cashier I am told that she has been instructed to ask "Would you like a medium or large size?" When I say "shouldn't you say "would you like to upgrade to a medium or large?"", the cashier tells me that she is not allowed to say upgrade in that question by management. So I have them change my order to a small combo, the price quoted on the drive thru menu board. The change in size and total $ amount due was changed. However, this is a misleading and deceptive practice that is forcing customers to buy larger combos for more money. Desired Settlement: This practice should change and be addressed at the corporate level. The combo size needs to be stated on the menu board or cashiers/order takers need to indicate that any size that is different from the one posted on the menu board is an upgrade.
