I decided to get my kids Burger King Saturday night after a long work shift. I get to the drive through and waited about 10 minutes just to get to the speaker (only 2 cars in front of me) once I get up there to order the lady says "I'll be w/you shortly." 5 minutes later she then says "Have I helped you?" (One would think so for how long I sat there, but no she didn't.) I place my order and ask her to repeat it which she does as fast as she could. It takes another 20 minutes to get to the window. She hands me the bag and a drink and I then have to ask for the 2nd drink. We check the bag and were missing 2 fries. I tell the man that is now standing there and he says "Well it wasn't on your order" in a very snotty tone. Ok, it was, which is exactly why I asked her to repeat the order and she still managed to get wrong. So I said "this is stupid" and hand him my debit card for the second time. The lady then grabs a bag and shakes it as aggressivly as she could I suppose trying to get a point across and he then hands me 1 fry instead of 2 literally shoving the bag in my face looking the other direction. I'm done by this point so I say nothing and threw the entire order away and went somewhere else. The customer service was so awful by the time I got out of there nearly 45 minutes after entering the drive thru I couldn't even stand looking at the food and threw it away. I will never return to this location again.
