I had recently filed a complaint requesting assistance with a long on going issue of a BK gift card. Today, I received a personal call from the franchise owner who went above and beyond is resolving the issue. I cannot commend this young man enough. As a franchise owner, he is to be commended for his professionalism and for the way he listens and assists his customers. I will be continue to be his customer and to recommend his stores to everyone. Thank you again.
