IM VERY UPSET WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE COMING HOME SO LATE FROM THE HOSPITAL WITH MY SISTER WHO IS CHRONICALLY ILLWE DECIDED TO EAT AT BURGER KING IN SELMA, CA AT ABOUT 10:30PM 11/18/WELL WE WERE ORDERING WE HEARD THE OTHER PERSON THROUGH THE HEAD PEICE SAYING FOR US TO HURRY UP AND AS MY SISTER WHO CAN BARELY MOVE WAS REACHING FOR HER COUPONS AND AGAIN WE HEARD THE BACKROUND VOICE TO HURRY UP AND ORDERAFTER THAT WE PULLED TO THE WINDOW AND ASKED FOR THAT LADYS NAME AND A GIRL BY THE NAME *** SAID IT WASNT A BIG THING WHEN IN FACT IT WASMY SISTER FELT DISCRIMINATED BECAUSE SHE IS INCAPABLE OF MOVING THAN FEELING MORE BAD BY HAVING THAT WOMAN SAY HURRY UP? IM NOT OK WITH THATAS IF THINGS COULDNT GET WORSE *** WALKED AWAY FROM THE WINDOW AND JUST LEFT US THERE WITHOUT ANY NAMESO WE DROVE BACK AROUND AND WAITED FOR THE CAR AHEAD OF US TO PASS THAN *** WAS AGAIN AT THE WINDOW WHICH SHE THAN GAVE US THE NAME '***' WHICH WE DOUBT THAT WAS THE NAMENEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT AT ANOTHER BURGER KING RESTAURANT AND US BEING A BIG FAMILY IM SURE THEY WILL DO THE SAME BECAUSE NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO DISCRIMINATE SOMEONEHOW HORRIBLE!!

I came to the Burger King located at 7120 W 79th Street during my lunch time at 1:21PM. I was greeted very nicely from an elderly lady that was working the register. However, the manager was being highly unprofessional and rude to her staff. She was yelling at her staff LOUDLY in front of all of the customers, claiming that they needed to stop doing mistakes if not they will not be in the schedule the following week. It appeared that the cook mistakenly gave the wrong order to a customer, and the manager got very angry and handled the problem very incorrectly. I tried ignoring her rudeness until I kept hearing her scream all the way from the end of the restaurant. I then went to speak with the staff, and she claimed that multiple people have already complained on the manager before. The elderly lady appeared to be very traumatized and saddened due to the uncomfortable work setting that she was placed in. The manager appeared to be hispanic/puertorican with black curly hair. Possibly, she was in her early twenties. This business needs to be ran under new management! No manager has the right to humiliate employees that way she does. I will no longer return to this location. .

I went to the drive up window at the Burger King on Powers BLVD on 12/27/15 at 5:35 pm. Mind you they were not busy but still managed to get the 1 burger, fries and a drink wrong. I ordered the A1 burger and got a single whopper instead. Once at home I discovered it was the wrong burger and called them to inform them of the mistake. The managers reply was "Are you sure its a whopper? And I said I am positive. The she said "People are human and they will make mistakes and if you are going to call and yell at us, it makes it hard to correct the mistake" and she hung up on me.

First off I was not yelling. If calling in a mistake is VIEWED as yelling, then you have the wrong person in a mangers position.
