Review: ON 1/15/16 AT 4:30 PM I WENT TO THE BURGER KING [redacted] ###-###-####, AND USED 3 COUPONS, THE CASHIER DID 4 DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS FOR MY TOTAL PURCHASE OF OVER $25.00. I PURCHASED 4 WHOPPERS WITH A COUPON BY 1 GET 1 FREE, NEXT SALE 2 CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND 2 SMALL FRY $4.99 COUPON, THEN COUPON FOR 2 WHOPPER JRS AND 2 SMALL FRIES FOR $3.99, NEXT SALE 2 LARGE DRINKS AND 2 LARGE FRIES. WHEN I GOT HOME I WAS MISSING THE CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND 2 SMALL FRIES ORDER, AND 1 WHOPPER. CALLED THE STORE SPOKE TO A MANAGER NAMED [redacted], EXPLAINED THAT I WAS MISSING CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND 2 SMALL FRIES AND A WHOPPER, [redacted] STATED THAT HE WOULDNT REPLACE MY ORDER REGARDLESS AND YELLED AT MY WIFE. WENT BACK TO STORE ASKED FOR MY MISSING FOOD, [redacted] YELLED AT ME GOT IN MY FACE AND TOLD ME TO "[redacted]" OFF. HE WANTED TO FIGHT ME, I ASKED FOR [redacted] THE MANAGER WHO SENT [redacted] TO THE OFFICE. SHE REPLACED THE CHICKEN SANDWICHES AND 2 SMALL FRIES NOT THE WHOPPER. MY WIFE WENT IN AND ASKED [redacted] FOR THE BURGER KING CORP NUMBER BUT WAS REFUSED TO BE GIVEN THIS.Desired Settlement: I AM REQUESTING A TOTAL REFUND OF THE ENTIRE 4 ORDERS THAT I PLACED DUE TO THE DISGUSTING DISPLAY OR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THIS MANAGER [redacted], HE SHOULD BE FIRED FOR TRYING TO HIT ME AND TELLING ME TO [redacted] OFF WHEN I CAME BACK TO GET MY ORDER CORRECTED AND ALSO FOR YELLING AT MY WIFE. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME WE HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS BK THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND HAVE NASTY ATTITUDES.

I spoke with Mr [redacted], he was upset about his customer service and the way he was treated. I explained our policy of food replacement to him. I also apologized for the service he received. He will be going back to our establishment where he will receive his food and a personal apology from the manager with whom he had the conflict with on that day. Note that in my conversation with Mr. [redacted], there was no mention of the manager in question trying to swing on him as mentioned in your statement. I as the Area Manager for this establishment also apologize for this situation having to go this far. I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

WE REQUESTED A REFUND OF OUR TOTAL ORDERS, AND DONT WISH TO VISIT YOUR STORE ANYMORE. WE REQUESTED A REFUND OF THE TICKET # 153 DATED 1/15/16 FOR $4.40, TICKET 154 FOR $5.50, AND THE OTHER 2 TICKETS WERE WE PURCHASED THE 2 WHOPPERS, AND THE LAST TICKET WHERE WE BOUGHT 2 LARGE FRIES AND 2 LARGE DRINKS.
