I ordered a chicken sandwich combo that I asked to be plainWhen I got it, I looked at the sandwich as usually and it wasn't planI told the employee that, and she threw it on the ground and said [redacted] this s@The manager asked what was wrong and she said this [redacted] wanted it planLong story short I received food poisoning and I tried multiply times to contact them and never received a response backThis happened at the Colerain Location

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me We will await on the insurance company on behalf of Burger King Corporation Hopefully this can be done in the near future

Our District Manager has contacted the customer regarding their experience at Burger King *** *** *** *** *** *** and this claim has been turned over to our insurance company

The guest's money was refunded by our General ManagerThe guest has also spoken to both our District Leader and guest relations manager from our Corporate Officein Atlanta

I have been calling the company over and over again since the incident happened. I have called them everyday on the 1-800 number but NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME BACK. It was not right nor acceptible what this man did to me in your establishment and Burger King restaurants should be held liable for their employees actions, regardless if the employee no longer works for you or not, the incident still happened and needs to be resolved.  
At this time, I am seeking a refund of $17.00 for the food and also a return call from the business.

Our District Manager had left 2 voicemails at the number provided and sent an email to the address that was provided and has never received a response from either. On 5/19/14 we recevied a message from the Revdex.com that this complaint was resolved and closed, so no further action was taken on our end.

When I came into burger king every one was standing around when it was time to take my order there was no greetings. There was loud unprofessional music coming from the back of the kitchen and when they were making my sandwhiches no one wore gloves and I also seen them put the fires back in the bucket and dipped them back in the greese to refresh them. The bathroom was disgusting it stunk and when it was time to give me my food I had left and my sandwhich was cold taste like they had it sitting on level for a while my lettace was brown. I will never come back here.
