Burger King - Troy Ave

I visited via the drive through first. When I went to check my order there was a package of fries dumped upside down, so there were fries everywhere along with a bunch of ketchup packets and sauce for chicken nuggets just tossed in with out any care. I went inside to remedy the problem. I was greeted just fine, but when making complaint to manager I was treated poorly. The other patrons there got an apology for the disturbance; I NEVER received any apology for the messed up order. One worker said, "only give him 2 packets of ketchup, they only get 2 through the drive through." I asked why and with a very snotty attitude I was told that was policy. I then asked why I was given so much if that was policy. I got no answer so I demanded my money back. The manager was extremely rude and offered no solution to the problem, just made it worse. I thought Burger Kings motto was "Anyway you want it"? Apparently not at this particular BK.
