I would ove to tak tk you further about this complaint. There are many false statements said in this complaint and I have been harassed my a lady and her husband who never even had my food today. He erased the Facebook review but I believe he kept the yelp one. I did not say I had a new cook because...

I'm the owner and cooked them all myself. I know for a fact all burgers cooked were at least at 155 degrees and I always actually cook them way past more around the 175 degree range. I over the women this is about (not sure if her husband or her wrote this). I gladly gave this women a new burger and apologized for her not getting what she wanted which this was all over us not being able to not have onions on her burger because there was so many to feed you had to get the burger as comes or plain and we provided ketchup and mustard and pickles for you to stress your own. Also the waters were not our they were the companies and the fry sauce were in cups with kids and there were only a few out out at a time throughout the day. I have tried to do everything I could to make this write and her and her husband have continued to harass me through Facebook, Yelp, and now here. It's to bad because I always do everything I can to make a customer happy and she never came me the chance to do this.
