I’ve been going to burgess hearing aids for many years ***, ( The hearing aid specialist ), has a strong desire to meet the needs of his customers He’s very friendly, courteous, and it’s a very “Pleasant experience“, to do business with him Every time I’ve dealt with Shawn, he’s given amazing service, Burgess hearing aids is a family owned business and his wife the secretary When you make call to their business, she answers and she’s always very friendly and courteous on the phone She makes every effort to get you in as soon as possible! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received over the years! Kudos to job well done Shawn!!!

I am a winter visitor to Yuma I needed my Resound Hearing Aid repaired I contacted the Resound customer service and was told to contact Burgess Hearing Aids in Yuma I called and made the appointment MrCogswell checked my hearing aid which is enclosed aid and decided it needed to be returned to Resound for repair However, he did attach a new thing with the tip and I could hear again Very Very pleased with his service
