I am rejecting this response because: these statements are false Tammy [redacted] did northing of these natures, I have emailed the company of certain complaints that was not handled in a profressional manner. She harrrassed us during the time she took over the management position. I had talked to on many occasions, but continue to address my concerns. She played favortisim to certain tenants. She was constantly in my personal business. She never followed policy's concerning maintenance issues. And other tenant issues and allowing drug activities with those tenants. She laughed at my husbands PTSD issues cause he is veteran, and always making false accusation against my character. We had to finish plumbing issues cause the problem never got fixed correctly, due to lack of knowledge. I had to buy and replaced toilet seat, recaulk tub, scrub and clean my front breezeway pigion poop all over, vents are dirty numerous shut off of water construction all dauy and late night. I been sick in the unit since we have lived in freeway inn, and the new business of siegal suites. She always talked down to me. She shows unprofessional behavior to me. She doesn't know how to speak to me and stay on a level of prfessionalism . if we don't do what she says she treats those unkind. I had heard water running for 3-4 months from other side of my unit she just kept saying that their was nothing running. By this time wasted gallons and gallons of water. She finally found the unfinished work of a peatrap. I have been a property manager for almost 7 years and I have experience in this field. So its not like I am being difficult just concerned about health and professional competency of Management. I know what is required to follow policy procedures and regulations.

We are renovating our units, and there is dust only in the units being renovated, not pigeon poop, we do have weekly pest control service. No other tenant has complained about any of this during our reconstruction.  They only fixed there own plumbing issues as they did not want to let us in...

there unit, and her husband was a plumber. The heat did work.... after they moved out going into the unit they had covered the intake and vents with cardboard,so there was no circulation for the system to work properly. We also give 24 hour notice to every tenant when water was being shut off.
