Review: We have been attempting to contact this company since January 2016 we have left several messages that we would like the services in our name since January 1 because the services were previously in the name of my deceased father, we had left several messages with this company in regards to this and had assumed that everything had been placed into my name on January 11th and 18th I had sat here and watched the garbage employees not attempt to empty my garbage into the truck but instead on both dates threw my garbage cans into the back of the truck destroying my garbage cans. on the 18th I confronted the one garbage guy and he proceed to cuss me out I then tracked down the supervisor Shawn for the garbage company at a dollar store in east Conemaugh Johnstown which he reassured me that my cans would be reimbursed, the male employee that cursed me out would be fired and that he will have someone contact me about the services / nobody ever contacted me I only found out that the services were not in my name when a letter was sent in my deceased fathers name/ I attempted to contact the company yet again to get the service in my name after explaining to them I am not responsible for my deceased fathers debt they finally placed the services in my name now 5 months later I am still awaiting a $60 reimbursement for my destroy garbage cans that I had to replace that cost me $30 a piece not including tax I have made several attempts to contact this company and have been given nothing but the run around I have asked to speak with the ceo and supervisors but they give excuses that they are the only one there or hang up on me I am now out $60 for the new cans I had to buy because this company's employees destroyed the new cans I had in January, I have not paid on the bill as of yet because I was assured in January that my bill would be credited and it is less than the amount this company owes me and I do not want my service terminate due this company's lack of personal respect for others propertyDesired Settlement: I would like a written apology from the company over the stress that their employees have caused me, I want the employees that have been ever so rude to me written up I want the employee that cursed me out on the 18th fired and I want a credit of $60 placed on my account for the 2 new garbage cans that I had to replace after this company had thrown mine other 2 new garbage cans in back of the garbage truck

I have paid for a service in advance and that service has yet to be completed by this company and now in the middle of providing that service they have increased the cost of our agreed upon original service
