insurance would not cover it, which is trueHowever we keep a detailed record of customer complaints and discussions with disgruntled customers and have no record of him ever complaining to us about being over chargedHis wife has come in to pay his bill multiple times without any complaintsI am sorry about His frustrations with how CPAPs are billed and will try and get in contact with him personally to resolve the matter now that I am aware
