I have attached files with pics of out attempts to contact customer concerning paint codes. There would be no purpose for us to lie about calling you and I could not attach another pic since I was limited to 4. We have an outstanding record with our customers. We have had maybe 3 complaints in 16 years at the [redacted] location. I also attached a PO of our credit card terminal screen when we try to run a cc. I have contacted our Bankcard Group rep and he is scheduled to come to our shop on Monday to try to figure out what is wrong with our terminal. As far as I know cash is an acceptable for of payment for an item or service, please correct me if I'm wrong. We do accept checks but from customers with a history with us and fr M our neighborhood. My workers told me that everything was fine when the customers picked up the bumpers but if they were damaged while loading or unloading the items, I can't see how we would be held responsible.

I will not return my vehicle to this business for any further work at all as I do not trust owner or individuals that work at his location. If owner will not return my requested $400.00 I will pursue claim legally and file suit. At this point it is not about the added expense of legal fees but the principal of ethical business practices. I feel owner is a con artist and was fully aware of his intentions to not do work because I trusted him and paid in full up front.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:he is straight up lying to y'all to cover himself  for starters, my husband was fully aware of the situation from day 1. He was even there when the bumpers were picked up and was the one pointing out the chips and scratches. about him calling me on Monday, we never received a call from the number they were calling from and my father even informed them of that as well. The owner himself has not had a problem calling, so if the phone they were calling from wasn't working, why didn't they try his phone that has no problems coming through? Also they NEVER had a phone number for my father UNTIL I contacted him from that number on Tuesday evening when I tried to reach him repeatedly from mine and my husbands phone. I still have the phone log to prove that. as far as his card machine not having a chip, my card doesn't even have a chip reader and he would have known had he said they take cards. He straight up told me when I asked if they took cards it was cash or check only and I had to go down the road to an ATM machine to pull out cash for him. You know he does shady business when I originally called for a price quote and he told me $275 plus $90 to color match and when I called back a  second time to ask another question the price was now 375 plus 90 to color match. I called him out on it and he laughed saying I said that, then said ok for you $275 plus 90 to color match. I have call logs and some messages but unfortunately most of the conversations were done over the phone but I always had someone around me when calling. Thank you
Regards,

Revdex.com: We have contacted the husband of the complaintant and he was unaware of his wife's issues with the job done at AED.  Sometimes, the jobs never go as planned and we apologize for any inconvenience.  We did try to call the wife 3 times on Monday and even her...

father/father-in-law but never received a call back.  We try our best to communicate with any of our customers especially when it's a big ticket item.Unfortunately our credit card machine does not have a chip reader so we cannot use the one we have.  I had ordered a new one 2 months ago and assumed it was at this location.  I will have to contact our processing company to see what has happened. Please call back the truck owner to verify that they are not satisfied with the job done and we will try to resolve the situation. [redacted]

Buried Treasures sales broken and damaged merchandise and has no problem accusing you of damaging it!!!!! I went into Buried Treasures on Saturday, April 11, 2015 looking for a wheelchair for my mother. I found one that looked to be in good condition. The wheelchair looked fairly new so the price of $85.00 was a good price. I was informed that if I paid cash for it there would be no taxes added to the sale. Once I left Buried Treasures, I put the wheelchair into the truck of my car [redacted] Once I got to [redacted] I pulled the wheelchair out of my truck to put my mom in the it. Upon sitting down in the wheelchair, it leaned to one side almost falling. Had I not been standing there, she and the wheelchair would have fallen over. It was then that I noticed that a piece of the tire was missing. I took the chair back to the place of purchase and was accused of dropping the chair, and breaking it. It was at this point that I was also then informed that all sales where final. The salesman pointed to a small sign taped to the counter and another on the wall that was surrounded by other signs and items for sale. Not very noticeable. I feel like they it should have been stated that all sales are final. I was talked to very rudely by the salesman and another man in the store who also accused me of breaking the chair and he wasn't even present during the sale to know if the chair was already damaged or not. I do not appreciate being falsely accused of something that I did not do or being spoken to like I didn't matter. I didn't even open the chair until I got to my mom. I would have even accepted a store credit, but they didn't even offer that, but at this point I would like to have my money back and I will no longer patronize this business and do not recommend anyone else do. Just took my money and left me with a wheelchair that I can not use.Product_Or_Service: WheelchairDesired SettlementI would have gladly accepted a store credit, but after the way I was treated I would like my money back. As well as an apology for the way I was talked to and treated by the two salesmen in the store.Business Response Based on a conversation the Revdex.com had with the company; Mr. [redacted] states that the wheelchair was fine when the consumer, Ms. [redacted] left the store. He states that the consumer dropped the wheelchair and they did not sale it in that condition. Mr. [redacted] also states that their items are as-is and all sales are final.
