Our Baxter was neutered yesterday at the indicated business No less than three times during the day, during what was a stressful day to begin with due to concern over our pet and the operation, I received calls adjusting the price that was quoted to me When you are under stress dealing with a pet, the only answer you can give is yes, given you want your pet attended to properly While I am happy to report that Baxter is doing well thankfully, DrW*** and Courtney at their office were wonderful, supportive and always kind The people to whom I had spoken to I unfortunately do not know their names however the lack of any care, concern or assistance in helping through this matter make this vet a very unfriendly place to visit We selected this vet upon recommendation and we would follow DrW*** or Courtney wherever they would go but have no use for any of the front end customer service staff There is no care demonstrated whatsoever It was a very stressful and unpleasant day
