shared feedback from *** with us. We do our best to resolve issues with any resident while remaining compliant with any local laws as well as Federal Fair Housing Laws. We are working toward a resolution and have already addressed some items Please understand that the terms of Mr***’s lease are confidential. We can only discuss specific items (even with the Revdex.com) if we have a signed release from him. We can happily report that we have decided to approve referral fees on month leases. This meets his request for this item. In regards to his dishwasher, *** called in a request to have his dishwasher repaired on 5/20/2016. A new dishwasher was installed on 5/24/2016. We have not been notified since of an issue, but we are looking in to this now and will be sure that it is addressed.
